The owner approached us looking to subdivide the large block of land into two reasonably sized lots, and maximise the potential of the rear lot by building a large 4-bedroom house.
The four bedroom, two-story Meadow Street Residence required some careful planning to achieve a large family home on a tight block while adhering to council requirements. In the end, we were able to work with the client to successfully create a neat and accommodating 250sqm family home over two stories.
The lower level comprises of a large double garage and laundry, as well as study and storage room, whilst the upper floor enjoys great views over Wagga while accommodating a large open plan living & dining area, four large bedrooms, a bathroom and ensuite, and a rumpus room.
